About Me
I’m not just a business coach.
I’m also an award-winning founder, CEO, and franchisor. I built a profitable business, from scratch – while raising daughters.
So I understand the challenges of entrepreneurship. I get that it takes more than hard work and a vision.
Success also requires structure, systems, and leadership. And that it requires good habits, consistency, and a healthy mindset.
My Story
Since my first venture at just 8 years old, I’ve been passionate about entrepreneurship.
After a brief HR career, I left the ‘corporate cubicle’ to start a business in a corner of my home, with a toddler at my feet. From that humble start, I grew my business into a 7-figure franchise system operating in 3 Canadian cities.
When pandemic lockdowns forced the company to close, I relocated to the UK and earned my MBA from Durham University Business School.
Now, I bring my insight, education, and extensive lived experience to coach and mentor founders and entrepreneurs.

When Covid lockdowns forced my company to close, I did a BIG pivot. At age 50, I went back to school. Completing my MBA with Distinction from a top-10 globally ranked program was a huge accomplishment. My education at Durham University expanded my toolkit of analytical skills, concepts, and frameworks.
And also, a History Geek
I’m also a history geek, and book nerd.
I love history. I lost wandering around museums and browsing bookshops. Most of all, I love exploring iconic sites, ancient ruins, and charming old neighbourhoods.
Since my business coaching is online, I have the had the flexibility to blend it with travel. Since 2023, I have lived and worked from 16 countries across 4 continents.
Though my homebase is the UK, I also spend time in Canada to enjoy quality time with family there. I’m immensely proud of my grown daughters and charming grandson.
