What kind of businesses do you work with?
I work with service-based founders and entrepreneurs — people building or running a business who want strategic support, clarity, and accountability. My clients are typically freelancers, solopreneurs, or running small teams across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and beyond. Some are just getting started, others are established and looking to grow. What they have in common is they’re serious about their business and ready to do the work.
What is your coaching style?
Direct, practical, and grounded in real experience. No fluffy affirmations, no generic advice. I ask lots of questions, challenge your biases and assumptions, and tell you what I actually think.
What are my options for working with you?
Three paths, depending on where you’re at:
- Doubt to Done Intensive — 8 weeks, 1:1, for one specific decision or project you need to move on now
- Mindset & Mechanics — a 90-day co-coached program covering both mindset and business execution
- Clarity & Compass — ongoing 1:1 support at a rhythm that flexes with you, month to month

What's a Clarity Call?
A free 45-minute conversation — no pitch, no cost. We talk through where you’re stuck, and figure out together whether working together makes sense, and if so, which path fits.
How do I know if we're a good fit?
Book a Clarity Call and we’ll figure it out together. I’ll ask about where you are and what you’re building, and I’ll be honest about whether I think I can help. If it’s not a fit, I’ll tell you — and I might point you towards resources or referrals which better meet your needs.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
Yes — all sessions are online via Zoom, so location doesn’t matter. I work with clients across the UK, North America, Europe, and beyond. Invoicing is available in GBP or USD depending on your location.
How long does it take to see results?
It depends on what you’re working on and how ready you are to act on what comes up in our sessions. Most clients notice a shift in clarity and focus within the first session. Deeper changes — in confidence, systems, momentum — tend to develop over the course of a three-month engagement. I’m not going to promise you a specific outcome, but I will tell you that clients who show up prepared and do the work between sessions see the most progress.
Is this coaching, consulting, or mentoring?
Honestly, it’s all three — and I don’t apologise for that.
I use coaching tools to help you find clarity and make better decisions. I bring consulting experience when you need strategic analysis, a plan, or a direct recommendation. And I mentor from lived experience — 20+ years of building, scaling, and starting over.
Most sessions move between all three depending on what you bring to the call. The focus is always on meeting you where you are and moving you towards your goals.
Is what we discuss confidential?
Everything we discuss is completely confidential. I do not share client information, business details, or anything discussed in our sessions with any third party. This includes your team, your competitors, and anyone else. What happens in our sessions stays between us.
Do you sign an NDA?
Confidentiality is built into the coaching agreement that all clients sign before we begin working together. It covers the protection of your business information, personal details, and anything disclosed during our sessions. If you require a separate NDA for specific reasons, we can discuss that on your intro call.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Nothing scary or long-term, but yes — there’s a service agreement covering what working together looks like. It protects us both.
How do I get started?
This is 45 minutes for an honest conversation. No pitch, and no pressure. We’ll talk about where you are and whether working together makes sense.
